Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Staff member to ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work (changing lightbulbs), HVAC, painting and building interior maintenance. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing repairs and system maintenance to ensure proper operation of all plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Conduct electrical work, including troubleshooting and repairing lightbulb issues across the facility.
- Maintain and service facilities equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various repair and maintenance tasks.
- Service and repair HVAC systems to maintain comfortable indoor environments.
- Carry out carpentry tasks such as repairs, installations, and modifications as needed.
- Maintain the interior of the building, including painting, touch-ups, and general upkeep.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Proven experience in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, or related maintenance fields.
- Strong knowledge of facilities equipment maintenance and repair techniques.
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic repair equipment.
- Ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining a clean work environment.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
