Duties

- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Process payments and manage billing procedures.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest relations and overall satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
