Septic cleaning company located in Canton, CT is looking for a full time Waste Water Technician with CDL class B license / tanker endorsement. State of CT Sub-Surface Sewage Cleaner’s license preferred, but not required to apply. Applicant hired will need to pass test and receive Sub-Surface Sewage Cleaner’s license within the first year of employment. Applicant must have and maintain a clean driving record which will need to be provided as part of the pre-employment process. Pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing conducted. Background checks are completed annually. Job requires digging by hand and handling up to 250ft of 3” rubber hoses. Individual must be able to lift 60-70lbs. Basic math, reading, and writing skills required. Experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual. Offering health, dental, and life insurance after 60 days of employment.
