Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Pool Technician to join our team. The Pool Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of swimming pools and pool equipment, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine pool maintenance including vacuuming, skimming, brushing, and water testing.
- Adjust chemical levels to maintain safe and clean water conditions.
- Inspect and repair pool systems such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation controls.
- Identify issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Open and close pools for the season (remove/install covers, winterization, etc.).
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with clients.
- Operate company vehicle and handle equipment safely and responsibly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or a similar role
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and follow training protocols
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
