What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacist position at Suburban Pharmacy LTC?
Suburban Pharmacy Long-Term Care is looking for a full-time staff pharmacist to compound and dispense medication in traditional blister packs, vials, and Medicine-On-Time unit dose packs for assisted living, group home and independent customers. The pharmacist will use computerized database to prepare audit reports, counsel patients on the selection of medications, and analyze prescribing trends to monitor patient compliance and to prevent excessive usage or harmful interaction.
Must have Pharmacist license issued by the State of Connecticut.
