Job Summary

Suburban Pest Control is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Scheduler to coordinate pest control appointments across residential and commercial accounts. This role is essential to ensuring timely service delivery, technician efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule pest control services based on technician availability, customer preferences, and service urgency.
• Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, provide service details, and handle rescheduling.
• Optimize technician routes for efficiency and coverage across Yonkers, Westchester, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Bronx.
• Maintain accurate records in scheduling and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with field supervisors and customer service representatives to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor service progress and proactively adjust schedules as needed.
• Support inventory tracking and technician dispatching.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., PestPac, ServiceTitan, or similar).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with pest control services and terminology.
• Experience in route optimization and technician coordination.
