- Full-time
- Schedule: 4 or 4 1/2 days, flexible
- 8am to 5pm, can manage own schedule
- Shared call: Call is typically one weekday every 5 weeks and one weekend every 20th weekend
- Must be BC/BE
- Employed opportunity
- 15 Physicians (FM and IM) and 20 Nurse Practitioners
- 14-16 patients per day
- Cerner EMR
- Sign on bonus, educational loan reimbursement, relocation allowance, 2500 in CME, 5 weeks' vacation first year including CME
