Role Description
We are seeking full-time Service Technicians/Glaziers to join our team on-site at our Acton, MA location. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, performing field service work, and delivering solutions to meet customer specifications. Team members will work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and uphold our high standards of quality and service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair and general glass or mirror servicing
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Field Service work, including installation and repairs
- Excellent Customer Service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to perform routine Maintenance of tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
- Previous experience in the glass industry or construction industry is a plus
