Experienced Parts Advisor | High Volume Automotive Dealership
- Pay: $40,000 to $70,0000 annually based on experience
- Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods.
- Reports to: Parts Manager

What You'll Do
- Greet customers and respond to phone, email, and in-person parts inquiries
- Identify parts needs, check availability, and process customer and service department orders
- Coordinate with Service Technicians and Advisors to provide parts for vehicle repairs
- Order parts from suppliers and confirm pricing, quantities, and availability
- Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts and inventory
- Create accurate invoices, process payments, and maintain parts records
- Process parts returns, core returns, and warranty-related transactions
- Maintain an organized parts counter, stockroom, and inventory area
What You'll Bring
- 2 or more years of experience in automotive parts, retail, inventory, or customer service
- Knowledge of automotive parts and basic vehicle systems
- Experience with parts catalogs, inventory systems, or dealership software
- Strong order entry, invoicing, and documentation accuracy
- 1 years of experience receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
