High school diploma, and must have residential and commercial experience

- must be able to utilize microsoft excel, outlook and plansweift
- Must be able to understand building codes and r-values
- Must be able to read construction documents
- Must be safety-minded at all times/ Attend all safety meetings
- Attend Job site meetings
- Contract negotiation & review
- Estimate residential and commercial projects
- proposal reviews
- Track and follow up on all estimates
- Maintain inventory spreadsheets
- Help with inventory
- Other related duties as assigned
