Suburban Driving School in Chardon & Driving Schools of Ohio are well known for safety and quality instruction and has been serving the families of Northern Ohio and the surrounding areas for nearly 20 years.
We have built our legacy by incorporating defensive driving techniques into our Instructor Training programs. We are looking for a Full time Office Supervisor to support our Office operations and help our teenagers get the information they need to get their driver's license. The work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 -4:00 pm.
You will support them on how to navigate our fully functional in car "SELF SCHEDULING" system.
The office, the students, and their parents have 24/7 access to Instructor schedules. Consistent schedules and easy to fill in time slots, if changes are needed.
Our busy students and parents can enroll and pay online at their convenience.

OFFICE SUPERVISOR - Job Description
Manage customer queries and complaints, providing customers with information about products and services and, answering questions about driving school, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales. You will also be asked to process enrollments, make up classes, help schedule lessons, and escalate complaints across several communication channels.
To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing enrollments, forms, certificates, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating and working as a team with colleagues as necessary. Providing efficient customer service process. Assisting other team members. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Data entry in Driving School Software, including but not limited to customer information, drive schedules, class schedules.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
