Responsibilities Include:
- Assist the Sr. Executive Assistant to the Chairman and the executive team.
- Book dining reservations and personal appointments.
- Work closely with other office and house staff at various properties.
- Perform minor accounting duties/maintain expense ledgers, and accounts payable.
- Oversee office inventory.
- Additional administrative tasks as needed to support daily efficiency, i.e., event planning/meal coordination, overseeing charitable donations, and occasional errands.
- Excellent attention to detail.
