We are on the hunt for an individual with asphalt and/or construction related experience to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience estimating, managing, and selling asphalt and/or hardscape projects.
In addition, this individual will have a high aptitude for working with computers and various technologies such as smart phone, tablet, email communication, and Microsoft Excel. CRM software experience is ideal but not required.
Great communication skills are a must!
This individual will communicate with the customer, internal operations, and vendors alike in order to complete projects from start to finish.
Pay structure includes salary plus commission and determined based on experience.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or paving industry.
