STS is now hiring Paraprofessionals and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for the 2026–2027 school year!
We have multiple positions available within the Columbia Borough School District (CBSD), including opportunities at:
- Columbia Middle School
- Columbia High School
- Park Elementary School
Pay:
$15.40–$17.50 per hour, depending on the position and qualifications.
Position Overview
Paraprofessionals/PCAs work alongside students and school staff to provide support throughout the school day. Responsibilities may include assisting students with academic, behavioral, social, and/or daily living needs while helping create a safe and supportive learning environment.

- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is a plus
