This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sewing Technician located in Niceville, FL. The Sewing Technician will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and sewing materials to create high-quality tactical gear. Day-to-day tasks include operating sewing machines, ensuring precision in stitching, quality control, and collaborating with the design team to meet production goals. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to safety protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
