Role Overview

The Commercial Graduate role is part of Subsea7’s two-year Graduate Development Program, designed to build a strong foundation in commercial operations through structured rotations across four key disciplines:

• Supply Chain Management
• Project Controls
• Sales & Marketing
• Cost Control
  
  

This rotational program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and training to prepare graduates for future leadership roles within Subsea7’s commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities

During Each Rotation, You Will

Supply Chain

• Support procurement and subcontracting activities.
• Assist in supplier evaluation and contract negotiations.
• Contribute to sourcing strategies and supplier performance reviews.
  
  

Project Controls

• Participate in planning, scheduling, and progress measurement.
• Support risk and change management processes.
• Assist in project reporting and performance analysis.
  
  

Sales & Marketing

• Support tendering and proposal development.
• Assist in client engagement and promotional activities.
  
  

Cost Control

• Monitor project budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze cost variances and support financial reporting.
• Collaborate with finance and project teams to ensure cost efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Interest in the energy sector and offshore projects.
