About the Role
Subsea is seeking to add an Operations Coordinator to provide support to the Operations team. This is a full-time, in-person role at the Subsea office in midtown Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of cable recovery and subsea operations
- Support project managers with day-to-day project administration
- Maintain project files and operational documentation
- Assist with preparation of daily, weekly, and post-project reports
- Enter and maintain accurate operational data across internal systems
- Handle administrative tasks and paperwork
- Organize and file documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, marine, offshore, construction, or project coordination
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
