Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Engage with existing customers via telemarketing to upsell products and services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information accurately
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits and technical features during sales conversations
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively by understanding client needs and presenting compelling solutions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that enhance lead generation efforts
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology offerings to support technical sales inquiries and provide expert advice
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within the technology or software industry
- Strong background in telemarketing, outbound calling, and customer service with a focus on building rapport quickly
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in English
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and experience in business development activities is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
