Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Mechanic - Prime Mover, located in Bloomfield, NM. This position will include managing the service and maintenance needs of our customers’ natural gas engines and respective pumping units. The individual will be responsible for maintaining respective inventory and assets, field service operations including travel to client locations, troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and working with a team of field service technicians. The role also includes coordination with clients, supervising site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- 3 years of Oil & Gas Natural Gas Engine experience
- Oil & Gas Field Service experience
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Technical knowledge in artificial lift and related equipment is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Bloomfield, NM
- Ability to mentor and lead a team effectively is a plus
