Overview:
A rapidly growing, mission-driven organization is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead and elevate the end-to-end client journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building scalable processes, and is passionate about delivering high-quality service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day customer experience operations across multiple touchpoints
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention, and engagement
  • Develop and refine processes that enhance service delivery and efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align on customer needs and outcomes
  • Analyze feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Support and guide a high-performing, service-oriented team

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer experience, client success, or service operations
  • Strong process orientation with a focus on scalability and efficiency
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote, growth-focused environment
