• SUMMARY:**The Production Associate is responsible for the production
  
  

of books, puzzles, framed and unframed prints, shipping and packing as

well as other duties as assigned by the Production Team Lead.

The position includes

• Operating manufacturing equipment
• Hard book cover maker
• Other bindery equipment as required
• Puzzle deconstruction and packing
• Packing and shipping orders
• Maintaining compliance with Subatomic Digitals high standards of
  
  

quality products

• Assistance in the other areas of the production department as
  
  

required.

• Engagement with the team to understand business initiatives to
  
  

improve delivery, quality, safety and improve costs.

• Moves with a sense of purpose and urgency.
• Completion of the released production schedule for prints, books,
  
  

and puzzles within allotted production times.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude of production operations; with a
  
  

preference of some manufacturing experience.

• Ability to make decisions, communicate and problem solve.
  
  

Self-motivated team player who models appropriate communication and

behavior among each another.

• Ability to get along with others, be punctual, demonstrate
  
  

satisfactory attendance, and follow instructions from others.

• Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic mathematical skills
• High school diploma or G.E.D. Certificate
  
  

Working Condition

• Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech,
  
  

vision, and hearing

• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
• Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull weights, up to 50

• REPORTS TO:**This position will report directly to and takes direction
  
  

from the Director of Manufacturing and the Production Team Lead

• SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:**This position has no direct reports.
• SCHEDULE:** Monday-Friday. Overtime as needed
