Lot Attendant / Porter
Tom Wood Subaru is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with vehicles, helping customers, and being part of a team.
As a Lot Attendant/Porter, you’ll help keep our service lane and vehicle lot organized, welcoming, and running smoothly while providing an excellent experience for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service lane.
- Park, retrieve, and organize vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Keep the service lane and lot clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with vehicle preparation and lot organization.
- Help with vehicle transportation as needed.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and help create a positive dealership experience.
- Support the team with additional duties as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.
