Service Advisor

Audi Gilbert is currently hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join our award-winning team! We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their vehicle maintenance and repair needs, while maximizing sales opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and superior service
• Complete a thorough vehicle walk around inspection during service write-up
• Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Know the product to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding customer’s vehicle
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor including parts
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update clients frequently
• Provide a thorough review of services performed when delivering finished vehicle to the customer.
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of Service Advisor Highline/European experience, preferred
• Prior experience with Reynolds and Reynolds database systems is preferred
• Proficient computer skills (Including Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to detail
• Superior communication and organizational skills
• Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance
• Committed and willingness to learn, and work as a team to achieve desired results
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean record

Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
