RACCAR Automotive-Audi Gilbert, Family-Owned and Operated Automotive Dealership is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultants. We are looking for individuals who are self-driven and client focused! The position provides unlimited potential for an individual to achieve their earning goals and career objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Create and build relationships with new and existing customers. Successfully drive in new traffic.
- Determine customer automotive needs while educating on new and used vehicle ownership.
- Demonstrate vehicle benefits and features, to include test drives.
- Quote pricing, rates, and vehicle availability to clients.
- Remain current with manufacturer products and certifications.
- Product Knowledge! Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
- Maintain “Customer Service Index, “Gross Average”, and monthly units by meeting or exceeding dealership sales goals and objectives.
- Understanding and implementing the dealership sale process.
Qualifications:
- Prior Automotive Sales Experience Preferred.
- Superior customer service and follow up skills required to be successful.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Process driven, motivated with a positive attitude, and professional appearance.
- Committed and willingness to learn, and work as a team to achieve desired results.
- Must possess a valid and clean driving record.
