As an Auto Body Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality work and exceptional service. Responsibilities:

• ·Perform wet sanding, buffing, and polishing.
• ·Fill small dents or scratches with body fillers and smooth surfaces to prepare vehicle for painting.
• ·Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
• ·Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
• ·Performs quality prep work, (using abrasives, solvents, brushes, washing tanks,
• ·Tape and masking paper
• ·Disassemble, clean and reassemble sprayers and power equipment
• ·Utilize power tools and equipment effectively to complete repairs and restorations.
• ·Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety protocols
• ·Participate in all required training and safety meetings

Qualifications:

·Proven experience in auto-body repair, preferably within a dealership or automotive shop environment.

·Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices and auto restoration techniques.

·Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

·Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in all repairs.

·Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable, as it enhances client interactions.

·Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

·Must be 18 with valid, and clean driving record
