Receptionist/Greeter

Acura of Stamford is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist / Greeter to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential in creating a welcoming dealership experience by greeting guests, answering phones, and directing customers to the appropriate departments. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

• Greet all customers and visitors promptly and courteously

• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner

• Announce and direct customers to sales, service, or management staff

• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and customer waiting area

• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling

• Handle customer inquiries and provide general dealership information

• Support sales and service teams as needed

• Ensure a positive, welcoming atmosphere at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
