Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Follow up on missed appointments, declined services, maintenance intervals, and recalls
- Re-engage inactive customers to drive retention
- Document activity in CRM/DMS (CDK preferred)
- Coordinate with Service Advisors for a smooth experience
- High daily activity (calls, texts, emails)
- Appointment setting and show rate accountability
- Consistent follow-up and task completion
- Team-focused, results-driven mindset
- Hourly base performance-based bonuses
- Bonus tied to appointments set & shown and productivity
- Paid through payroll (W2)
- Health, dental, vision (if applicable)
