Developmental Group Leader - Quality (2nd Shift)

• Demonstrates a positive role model for all Associates to promote each Team Member's success.
• Maintains familiarity with all job duties and skill levels of all Team Members and monitors events that may affect Team performance.
• Responsible for the assessment and development of each Team Member's performance.
• Understands, teaches, and promotes the SIA Production System to all Team leaders and Team Members.
• Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and procedures and take appropriate corrective actions, if necessary.
• Aligns leadership styles to that of SIA's Principles and values.
• Plans, monitors, and leads activities according to Plant and Section goals related to Safety, Quality, and productivity.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Group Leader's Manager(s).

• Associate's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Management, related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
• 3 years Supervisory/Leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• BS Degree in Organizational Leadership or related field.
• Experience in an Automotive Manufacturing Environment.
