- Generates revenue, communicates clearly with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction
- Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns
- Maintains customer service records in computer system
- Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity
- Oversees employee training and development
- Ensures a safe working environment
- Ensures equipment is properly maintained and repaired
- Service Manager experience is required
- Knowledge of warranty procedures, work scheduling etc. is required
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have supervisory experience & leadership skills
- Basic understanding of business management
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
