Master Automotive Technician – Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland
Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. We are looking for highly skilled technicians who can accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while delivering exceptional quality and efficiency. This position is for experienced technicians only.

Qualifications:Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Subaru, Buick, Cadillac, and other vehicle makes and models
- Diagnose electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, and HVAC concerns
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Work efficiently while producing high-quality workmanship
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Master Technician-level experience required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
