Primary Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot and Lead Root Cause analysis of equipment breakdowns. Liaison with internal maintenance and engineering and OEM
- service to expedite repairs and minimize downtime.
- Provide Manufacturing Engineering (Fabrication) leadership for production support and continuous improvement teams.
- Support specification, installation, and startup of new fabrication equipment.
- Ensure that quality levels and industry standards are maintained or improved in the manufacturing process.
- Program CNC Equipment
- Solicit feedback from both internal and external customers for process, quality, and safety improvements and lead or support implementation efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or related
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environment
- Understanding of integrated manufacturing systems
- Understanding of Fluid Power Systems (hydraulic and pneumatic)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and proactively create contingency plans
- Must be able to work with sense of urgency and under pressure
- Understanding of equipment safety, functional safety, and risk assessment and safety validation process
- Understanding of PLC systems and ability to troubleshoot
- Understanding of robotic systems (Fanuc Preferred)
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and controls
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication.
