Your Responsibilities:
- Follow lesson plans left by the absent teacher to maintain continuity for students
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment
- Adapt confidently across grade levels (K-12) and subject areas
- Communicate professionally with school staff and administrators
- Adhere to all school district policies and procedures during assignments
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 60 college credits with a 2.0 GPA or higher
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Three professional references required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Background check. Out of Pocket cost.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
