Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and precision. Duties

  • Supervise daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care
  • Oversee fiscal management, including budgeting, billing, coding, and financial reporting.
  • Manage human resources functions such as staff scheduling, performance evaluations, training, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of all dental records and patient information
  • Build and maintain strong alliances with associate dentists to optimize practice management and patient satisfaction
  • Assist with dental clinic scheduling, implement problem-solving best practices, and effectively oversee patient waiting time to increase efficiency and quality of service.
  • Manage efforts in quality assurance, patient safety initiatives, and continuous process improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Dental Office Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must have good interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality. Must be self-motivated and have a "let's do this!" attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively through fiscal management skills such as budgeting and financial oversight
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising staff in a clinical environment
  • Basic computer skills with intermediary level knowledge of Microsoft Suite is a must. Knowledge of Denticon PMS experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Job Type:
Full-time, Non-Exempt position

Pay:
Hourly pay, beginning at $28.00/hr (DOE); monthly performance incentives

Benefits:
Employees must satisfy eligibility requirements.

Schedule:
This office is open Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm) and Sat (9am - 3pm). The work schedule for this position will support the office hours of the practice, allowing for a 40-hour work week.
