## Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best quality and pricing for industrial materials.

• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements.

• Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing requirements and timelines.

• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

• Resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or supplier performance.

• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in procurement.

  Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in an industrial setting.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.

• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a plus.
