What Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
- Educate clients about their insurance options and recommend the right coverage.
- Manage insurance sales, payments, renewals, and policy modifications.
- Assist with local marketing efforts and perform daily office tasks.
- Contribute positively to a high-energy, goal-driven team atmosphere.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Motivated, professional, and focused on providing excellent customer service.
- Valid work authorization and dependable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Availability: Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM; Sundays off.
- Willingness to pursue a Personal Lines Insurance License (we’ll assist you).
- A background check will be required for licensing.
