Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, graphics, short videos, and stories
- Manage daily posting, community engagement, comments, and direct messages
- Monitor analytics to track performance, optimize content, and identify new growth opportunities
- Stay current with social trends, platform updates, and emerging digital tools
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and leadership teams to align messaging
- Plan and run paid social campaigns when necessary
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Identify influencer partners and cross-promotion opportunities
- Prepare weekly reports on engagement, reach, and account growth
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of short-form video trends and best practices
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
- Ability to create or coordinate graphics and basic video content
