Styria Catering – Denver Oktoberfest & Christmas Market
Styria Catering is hiring reliable, energetic team members to work with us at the Denver Oktoberfest and Denver Christmas Market.
This is a seasonal position in a busy, fast-paced food service environment. We are looking for people who are dependable, hardworking, friendly with customers, and comfortable working as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
Depending on the position and shift, responsibilities may include:
- Taking customer orders and operating the POS/cash register
- Serving German and Austrian food and beverages
- Preparing and assembling menu items
- Cooking and assisting kitchen staff
- Restocking food, drinks, condiments, and supplies
- Keeping the booth, kitchen, counters, and work areas clean
- Washing dishes, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Following food-safety and sanitation procedures
- Helping with opening and closing duties
- Setting up and breaking down the booth when required
- Providing fast and friendly customer service
- Working efficiently during high-volume periods
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Able to lift approximately 30–50 lbs when necessary
- Available for evenings and weekends
- Willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to communicate and work well with other team members
- Food-service or event experience is preferred, but not required
- Must follow all company food-safety and workplace policies
Schedule
This is a seasonal/event-based position.
Employees may work during:
Denver Oktoberfest – September
Denver Christmas Market – November through December
Weekend, evening availability is especially important. Hours may vary depending on event attendance and business needs.
Hourly pay based on position and experience.
Opportunities may be available for additional hours and future Styria Catering events for employees who perform well.
