Our Opportunity
The Maintenance department at Stylmark is responsible for maintaining, repairing, installing and upgrading production and support equipment so that manufacturing productivity can be maximized.
Key Responsibilities
Desired Education and Experience: High school education and trade school certification. Three to five years' experience in maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. We are willing to train the right candidate.

The Maintenance department at Stylmark is responsible for maintaining, repairing, installing and upgrading production and support equipment so that manufacturing productivity can be maximized.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine maintenance and repair of production equipment (including CNC’s, a laser, turret, press brakes, hoists, anodizing equipment, saws, punch presses, drills, buffing machines) to maximize production.
- Scheduled maintenance and repair of support equipment (including boilers, chillers, air compressors, pumps, exhaust blowers, cooling towers and HVAC equipment) to minimize down time.
- Maintains inventory of maintenance supplies to assure down time is minimized due to lack of replacement parts.
Desired Education and Experience: High school education and trade school certification. Three to five years' experience in maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with basic hand and power tools.
- Class “C” Boiler's License or willing to obtain a “Special” within 90 days of placement in the job. Classes will be paid for and provided on company time.
- Valid Class Minnesota “D” Driver's License to pick up parts.
- 2nd shift ( $1.00 per hour differential)
