Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Laborer/Operator to join our team. This role involves performing manual labor tasks and operating various equipment to support our production and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to company guidelines
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and supplies on-site
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and site cleanup
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery is advantageous
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in industrial or construction settings is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
