Front Desk Customer Care Associate

We’re looking for a warm, energetic, animal-loving professional to join our compassionate and enthusiastic team. What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
- Answer phones, schedule grooming appointments, and manage front desk traffic.
- Check in guests for Grooming, or DIY Pet Bathing services.
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with retail purchases in our boutique pet store.
- Be a go-to resource for our clients, helping them feel supported, informed, and cared for.
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter with a friendly, can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you love engaging with people.
- Someone who enjoys being around pets (and doesn’t mind a little fur on your clothes).
- Dependable, honest, flexible, and calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy setting.
- Previous experience in a pet-related environment or customer service role is a plus—but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends.
