As a Front Office Representative at Style Netbox, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. Your role is critical in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. You'll manage daily administrative tasks, assist internal teams, and support our brand’s professional image.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.

Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage conference room bookings.

Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Assist other departments with administrative support when needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
