Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and responsible part-time drivers to provide safe, reliable transportation for passengers using our fleet of vehicles. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and efficient travel experiences. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. We transport clients to and from the airport (MGM) to local hotels and back; you will play a vital role in creating positive journeys for our passengers. Minimum age is 25 due to insurance requirements, as well as having no major traffic violations and passing a background check and drug testing.
Duties
- Safely operate passenger mini vans on designated local routes
- Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and luggage handling with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance checks of assigned vehicles to ensure optimal condition
- Use flight tracking to ensure timely arrival
- Use GPS navigation systems to follow planned routes efficiently and adapt to real-time traffic conditions
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding pick-up times, routes, and any delays or issues that arise during trips
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and company policies during every shift
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing passenger needs promptly
Experience
- Prior experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, chauffeur, or shuttle driver preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and local driving routes is essential
- Experience operating passenger vans is advantageous
- Knowledge of manual handling techniques for safe luggage and equipment management
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when assisting passengers or managing luggage safely
- Demonstrated adherence to traffic regulations, safety standards, and client confidentiality requirements
