What are the responsibilities and job description for the Growth Marketer position at Style Arcade?
This is a central role responsible for developing and driving core components of our growth and go‑to‑market strategy. You’ll be responsible for demand generation, marketing operations, and analytics - with a strong emphasis on account-based motions that support an enterprise sales team and long, complex deals. You’ll also play a GTM engineer–style role: hands-on with AI and automation, while you build and tune the systems that power outbound, intent-based targeting, and funnel visibility.
Your responsibilities include overseeing:
- Design and own the end‑to‑end demand generation strategy for our ICP, with a focus on account-based marketing programs that create and accelerate enterprise pipeline.
- Build and run always‑on and campaign‑based ABM motions (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) across channels like email, phone, paid media, events, and direct mail, tightly aligned with sales outreach.
- Partner with AEs to define target account lists, coverage models, and engagement plays across territories and verticals.
- Continuously test and refine offers, messaging, and channels to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
- Own the marketing tech stack (e.g., marketing automation, CRM integrations, enrichment and sequencing tools, attribution and reporting) to ensure clean data and reliable execution.
- Act as our internal GTM engineer: configure, maintain, and optimize workflows that automate outbound emails, lead routing, scoring, and follow‑up across the full funnel.
- Evaluate and implement AI and automation tools that personalize outreach at scale, enrich lead & account data, & surface next‑best actions for sales.
- Create and document standard operating procedures for campaign builds, QA, launch, and reporting so that programs are repeatable and scalable.
- Define and maintain the core growth and funnel metrics for the business, including account engagement, opportunity creation, velocity, and pipeline contribution by channel and segment.
- Build dashboards and reporting that give sales, marketing, and leadership a clear view into what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest next.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover insights on buyer behavior, campaign performance, and segment-level dynamics; translate these insights into clear recommendations and experiments.
- Own testing roadmaps for key funnel stages (from first touch through closed‑won and expansion), and ensure learnings are captured and shared across the organization.
- Develop a strategy to identify, prioritize, and activate accounts based on intent signals across our ICP, including first‑party behavior (product, website, content) and third‑party intent data.
- Own lead and account enrichment workflows to ensure we have complete, accurate, and actionable data for segmentation, routing, and personalization.
- Partner with sales to turn intent and engagement signals into practical outbound plays, cadences, and talk tracks.
- You’ve built a scalable ABM engine, powered by high-intent signals
- You’ve increased enterprise pipeline creation
- You’ve taken ownership of our CRM and established reliable funnel reporting
- You’ve established lead nurturing sequences that have improved account engagement and shortened average sales cycles
You’ve helped scale a B2B SaaS company from Series B , and you know how to turn early traction into a repeatable growth engine. You have experience supporting an enterprise sales-cycle in a highly niche market, and are proficient in account-based marketing tactics. You are very hands-on, and comfortable operating under the hood of the GTM stack - whether that’s cleaning up the CRM; leveraging enrichment tools like Clay; or designing an AI-powered ABM engine. You build and optimize systems yourself rather than relying solely on others. You thrive in founder-led environments where the playbook is yet to be established, and have a track record of demonstrating ownership and adaptability. You’re analytical, always tying activity back to pipeline and revenue, and constantly testing and iterating to improve conversion and speed up sales cycles. Most importantly, you’re a team-player who gets energized by the opportunity to help an early-stage company grow.
