What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Realtor position at STx Home Studio?
WE ARE HIRING
The STx Realty Team is looking for a FULL-TIME licensed Realtor® to join our team.
This is NOT a traditional agent role where you chase cold leads and struggle to find business.
We already generate a LARGE amount of buyer and seller leads through Facebook ads and online marketing. We need someone who can:
Call leads
Build relationships
Track conversations in our CRM
Follow up consistently
Help families become homeowners

Compensation Includes:
✔ $12/hour base pay
✔ Bonuses
✔ Transaction Fee per client served through closing
MUST HAVE:
- Active Texas Realtor® License

- Are tenacious with follow-up
- Have CRM experience
