Your New Role

In this senior leadership role, you’ll provide executive oversight of complex, high‑profile projects while serving as a trusted advisor to private‑sector clients across Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Higher Education.

You’ll step into a critical leadership position within STV New England, supporting continuity on marquee programs, strengthening client relationships, and helping drive growth in a seller‑doer environment. This role reports to senior operations leadership and plays a visible role in both project delivery and business development.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead overall project performance for assigned programs, serving as the single point of accountability to clients and STV leadership for schedule, budget, quality, safety, and financial outcomes.
  • Act as a senior client partner, building long-term relationships, managing expectations, and proactively identifying additional scope or service opportunities.
  • Oversee and mentor multi-disciplinary PMCM teams, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations while ensuring staff resources align with contractual and budget requirements.
  • Drive project success from contract to closeout, becoming fully versed in Client/STV agreements and ensuring delivery aligns with contractual obligations and business goals.
  • Support and lead business development efforts, including proposals, interviews, scope definition, fee development, and client negotiations—contributing meaningfully in a seller‑doer model.
  • Provide executive-level oversight on marquee and complex projects, including large-scale higher education and healthcare programs with multiple stakeholders and long delivery timelines.
  • Partner with internal leadership to strengthen operational consistency, improve onboarding and team connectivity, and elevate project controls, reporting, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure project earnings are realized or enhanced through disciplined staffing, proactive risk management, and effective change management.

What You’ll Need To Thrive

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 15 years of related industry experience, including senior leadership responsibility on complex construction or capital programs.
  • Proven success delivering projects within the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and/or Higher Education sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, staffing plans, and profitability.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and executive-level communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in an Owner’s Project Management (OPM) or PM/CM consulting environment.
  • A strong seller‑doer mindset, with a track record of generating new business and expanding client relationships.
  • Familiarity with private-sector clients and complex institutional stakeholders in New England.
  • Experience supporting or negotiating professional services agreements.
