Responsibilities
- Working knowledge of all phases of execution from planning/ programming, design, procurement, construction, and close-out
- Ability to develop, update and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide status updates to clients and Sr. Management.
- Working knowledge of all elements of cost management, including funds management, budget control, change management, forecasting, and reporting
- Working knowledge of scheduling best practices with the ability to manage and report the status of contractor schedules.
- Working knowledge of risk management and document control practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team of staff of various disciplines, to accurately and efficiently complete deliverables and meet deadlines
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience within Project Controls and demonstrate proficiency in multiple project controls disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited College or University.
- Preferred accreditations from AACE or CMAA
- Experience with Project Management Information Systems, experience working in Procore is preferred.
- Experience with data analytics and BIM software is preferred.
- Hands-on experience and working knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling are required.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and management skills
- Preferred experience with large infrastructure programs
