About the Role
We're seeking a Director of Partnerships to bridge the gap between our AI platform and customer success. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving real-world problems, hustles, and wants to help shape how we scale our company, relationships, and strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Stuut’s partnership strategy for lead generation and revenue
- Build and expand alliances with Large tech providers, PE firms, BPO’s, resellers, and accounting firms
- Nurture existing relationships with leading PE & BPO firms
- Identify and manage additional strategic technology partners
- Oversee co-selling, referral, and resale initiatives to drive revenue
- Manage and mentor a team of Partner Managers to scale partner impact
- Partner with sales & customer teams to leverage partner ecosystem
What You Need
- Experience working with regional, national and global partners
- Experience building partnerships from scratch that incorporate multiple GTM motions (sell-with, sell-to, white-label, product)
- Experience managing and cultivating relationships that span from “in the field” to executive
- Experience segmenting partnerships into tiers and allocating time effectively to low-touch, high-touch relationships
- Experience impacting previous companies through partner-sourced pipeline, influencing existing pipeline and directly generating revenue through partnership sales
- Experience working with multiple partnership types (BPO, MSP, Consulting, Private Equity, Product)
- Experience developing preferred commercial agreements across large portfolios
- Ability to negotiate mutually beneficial partnership deals that foster strategic growth.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Finance & Accounting partnerships
- Direct sales experience
- Building out Private Equity, ISV, Banking, BPO, Channel or similar partnerships at an early stage startup
- Former I-Banker or finance person who’s looking for a career change
- Have sold AI or Enterprise Software before
