- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs, including those with autism or other disabilities.
- Help implement curriculum development strategies aligned with Montessori, preschool, or daycare standards.
- Support behavior management techniques to promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that foster childhood development and early learning skills.
- Assist with classroom organization, including preparing materials for lessons and maintaining a clean learning space.
Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with children in preschool, daycare, or private school settings is highly preferred.
- Experience in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is an advantage.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for early childhood education is desirable.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies is essential.
- Demonstrated communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and students.
- Experience working with children who have autism or other developmental challenges is a plus.
