MIDDLE SCHOOL COUNSELOR OR SOCIAL WORKER

GRADES 6-8

POSITION: Full-time guidance counselor or social worker

REQUIREMENTS: Must possess either a valid Michigan School Social Worker License (MSW), with one of the following endorsements: Preliminary School Social Worker Certificate (PSSWC), Professional School Social Worker Certificate (PSWC), or a School Social Worker Permit (SSWP), OR possess either a valid School Guidance Counselor License (SCL), one of the following endorsements: Michigan Teaching Certificate with School Counselor (NT), Preliminary School Counselor License (PSCL), or Temporary School Counselor License (TSCL), OR an Elementary Teaching License with the willingness to pursue one of the listed certifications above, and meet Federal Highly Qualified Teacher requirements. Spanish language skills are an asset.

START DATE: 2026-2027 School Year

SALARY: $43,501 - $88,090
