Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Support user account management tasks including password resets and access permissions
- Help monitor and maintain IT systems, including backups, updates, and security protocols
- Document IT procedures, FAQs, and troubleshooting steps
- Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, software deployments, or network enhancements
- Stay up to date with IT best practices and emerging technologies
- Provide support to ticket resolution, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Windows and/or MacOS environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
